- The JSAs held a physical and virtual meeting of Clients and Creditors on 25 March 2026 (the “First Meeting”);
- At the First Meeting, the Clients and Creditors approved the Joint Special Administrators’ Proposals for the Special Administration of Logic and for the formation of a Creditors’ Committee. The documents from the meeting are available in the Documents section of this website.
- The first Creditors’ Committee meeting was held on 29 April 2026;
- As set out in the Proposals, the JSAs are now working to identify a new broker to facilitate a full or partial transfer of Client Assets. Any interested parties should contact the JSAs at Logiccreditors@interpath.com;
- The JSA’s have now concluded the Client Assets reconciliation and updated Client Statements, as at the date of appointment (16 January 2026) and for the period to 22 May 2026, have been issued on the Logic Client Portal.
