Legal Notice – 26th June 2026
- The JSAs held a physical and virtual meeting of Clients and Creditors on 25 March 2026 (the “First Meeting”);
- At the First Meeting, the Clients and Creditors approved the Joint Special Administrators’ Proposals for the Special Administration of Logic and for the formation of a Creditors’ Committee. The documents from the meeting are available in the Documents section of this website.
- The first Creditors’ Committee meeting was held on 29 April 2026;
- As set out in the Proposals, the JSAs are now working to identify a new broker to facilitate a full or partial transfer of Client Assets. Any interested parties should contact the JSAs at Logiccreditors@interpath.com;
- The JSA’s have now concluded the Client Assets reconciliation and updated Client Statements, as at the date of appointment (16 January 2026) and for the period to 26 June 2026, have been issued on the Logic Client Portal; and
- The JSAs have issued the Consolidated Tax Statement and Income Schedule following the end of the tax year where clients held, or at any time during the period held, an account with Logic between 6 April 2025 and 5 April 2026.

- The JSAs held a physical and virtual meeting of Clients and Creditors on 25 March 2026 (the “First Meeting”).
- At the First Meeting the clients and creditors approved the Joint Special Administrators’ Proposals for the Special Administration of Logic.
- As set out in the Proposals, the JSAs are now working to identify a new broker to facilitate a full or partial transfer of Client Assets. Any interested parties should contact the JSAs at logiccreditors@interpath.com.
Legal Notice – 23rd March 2026
- The JSAs are holding a physical and virtual meeting of the Clients and Creditors on 25 March 2026 at 13:00 hours GMT (the “First Meeting”).
- Should you decide to not attend it does not have any impact on your ability to receive your Client Assets and a distribution in due course or your ability to participate in the Special Administration at any other time..
- Should you wish to attend the First Meeting, whether physically or virtually, please let us know by emailing us at admin@logicinvestments.co.uk by 12:00 hours GMT on 24 March 2026 and we will send you details on how to join.
- In order to vote for the Proposals you must agree to your Client Statement or complete a Statement of Claim form and return this to us with details of the balances you believe Logic should have held for you no later than 12:00 hours GMT on 24 March 2026.
- Clients can agree to their Client Statement and vote directly by accessing the Logic Portal as per your usual login account details. You can also download a proxy form from the Logic Portal and nominate someone else to vote on your behalf. Voting must also be completed by 12:00 hours GMT on 24 March 2026 in order to be counted.

Legal Notice – 23rd January 2026
- We, the Joint Special Administrators, are working with the current employees in order to stabilise the business;
- We will continue to segregate and custody your client money and securities in accordance with the FCA CASS rules;
- Debtors should continue to fulfil their payment obligations in the usual way on the current contractual terms;
- We will be writing to all of the Company’s clients and creditors shortly; and
- Further updates will be provided on the Company’s webpage and on the Interpath portal.
